Basic Support for Licensed Users

Basic support for licensed MaintSmart users that currently DO NOT have a support contract always have support at some level. The following benefits are available to all basic CMMS support  users:

  2. Consultation available but chargeable.
  3. Data import available but chargeable.
  4. Live online help sessions with software engineer available but chargeable at discretion of support engineer.
  5. Useful CMMS blog with timely articles and shortcuts to make you more productive than ever.

NOTE: Basic Support users may upgrade to Extended Support at anytime at the normal cost to obtain upgrades and all of the other benefits of Extended Support.

Trial version users receive free extended support during their initial 30 day trial period. Additionally these users receive free online training during the trial period.
